Labor Day Blog Hop

Hello Everyone,
Welcome to the Liquid Silver Books Labor day blog hop! If you came across this blog and were not on the tour bus, or you fell off, don’t miss out.     http://booknibbles.com/blogtour/

What does Labor day mean to you? Some people think it is a day they get to take off work and enjoy some R and R.
While others view it as the last part of summer.

Of course we can’t forget that football will be starting soon.

But all in all I think it is time that we rest from our labors. No really, you can just put that laundry basket down.

Maybe you just might feel like kicking your heels up with a good book.

Whether you hang with friends and family, soak up what’s left of the summer, or throw the BBQ to end all BBQ’s, let me know what you plan on doing with your holiday weekend.
Best Wishes,
Virginia Cavanaugh

  2. Hello!

I plan to spend the weekend with my parents. We’re just going to sit back and relax and have fun.

    Thanks for the blog tour.

  3. We are hosting a bbq today and then headed over to my Mom’s tomorrow for swimming and a fried chicken dinner with all the trimmings.

  4. I’ll be relaxing with a good book in the morning, followed by an afternoon of grilling out (steaks, shrimp, portobello mushrooms) with friends.

  5. We helped family do some moving today, but tomorrow we plan to relax! Maybe some swimming and then a good meal and some reading time! Have a terrific day, Virginia!

  6. Living in a tourist area this weekend is mostly work for me. My daughter and I did get to go to a free concert on Sat night. Christian Kane. Loved it.
Thanks for the great pictures in the post.
